Suzuki Kiitsu screen exhibition
The Suntory museum in Tokyo has an exhibition of screen paintings by Suzuki Kiitsu in October 2016. Of the displayed screens, the most unique and great one is "Morning Glory". It was brought over from the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NY for the viewing in Tokyo. It is a pair of tall 6-panel gold leaf screens. Great works by Suzuki Kiitsu(1796-1858). It's worth seeing that while you are in Tokyo.

More than 100 people visited our show in two days and many screens/prints were sold than previous years. The show/sale was supported by Franciscan Chapel Center as their charity fund raising event. We appreciate your sincere help and kind understanding to that and hope to see you again next year.
